Momordica charantia L., also known as Bitter Gourd or Bitter Melon,  is a plant belonging to the Cucurbitaceae family known for centuries for its pharmacological activities,and nutritional properties. Thanks to its bioactive compounds, Bitter Gourd is used in folk medicine all over the world for the treatment of different pathologies, mainly diabetes, but also cancer, and other inflammation-associated diseases [1,2].

Bitter Gourd macerated oil can be used  alone or blended with your other favorite base oil.

This oil is suitable for all skin types, ideally suitable for dry, sensitive, irritated or inflamed skins.

This oil is ideal for dry, dull or brittle hair.

 

Suggested Uses:

Use Bitter Gourd macerated oil as a base oil in massage mixtures to use on the hands and feet or any desired areas to make them softer.
